Welcome to the 2025 WPRN Annual Conference page! This page will serve as the central location for meeting information and materials. We look forward to hosting this signature event for our network.
Event Description
The 2025 WPRN Annual Conference was scheduled for Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at at the University of Washington’s South Lake Union campus but it has been postponed until fall. We plan to focus the meeting on community building, collaborating with new researchers, and developing strategies to improve our network as we move forward.

We will be hosting a poster session during the conference. Sign up to present a poster when you register and the WPRN team will send you the relevant logistical information.

Registration
Registration will be open until the day of the event. However, the ITHS will not be able to reserve hotel rooms for in-person attendees who register after May 4th, 2025. Attendees who book their own hotel room after this date may request a reimbursement for Tuesday night (June 3rd) and Wednesday night (June 4th), at $232 per night maximum.
After you register, you will receive communications from our team about travel booking, submission guidelines for any poster presentations, and meeting materials.
The goal of WPRN 2025 is supporting community building, collaborating with new researchers, and developing strategies to improve our network as we move forward and is open to anyone who shares the goal of facilitating collaboration between primary care practices and academic researchers on research that improves the health and well-being of patients in their communities and enhances primary care clinical practice.
