The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) and the National Cancer Institute (NCI) support biotechnology and healthcare small businesses owned by women and individuals from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
